Canada for Lebanon expanded its reach globally in response to the 2020 Beirut explosion, providing critical aid to hospitals and humanitarian organizations in Lebanon. 

Key achievements include:

  • Distribution of millions of dollars in medical aid
  • Direct support to hospitals and non-governmental humanitarian organizations

By leveraging a network of Lebanese professionals in Canada alongside trusted Canadian partners, the initiative ensured that food, medical supplies, and essential resources reached the communities most in need.

In response to the Israeli invasion of southern Lebanon, organized a major fundraising campaign in partnership with HPIC, MSF, the Government of Lebanon, and Airlink

    • Delivered Delivered essential medical equipment, thousands of pounds of food, and $400,000 in medicine to affected communities in Lebanon
    • Committed an additional $1 million in ongoing medical aid
    • Facilitated the delivery of ambulances to refugee camps and underserved communities
